Classic Controls #1: Intermezzo Scotch

You don’t see the Scotch too much, luckily my uncle was fond of it when we first started playing together and I had something of an idea of what to do. From the position below I had an idea of how I was going to try to play this game, after I traded Queens and White recaptures with the g pawn they would have a stacked and weak structure. Upon castling my Rook would be in line with it and f6-f5 hitting e4 would allow me to open the f file to xray the pawns behind. Once that was completed White was on a shaky foundation and the game was a smooth win from there.
